This season, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., we will receive you for a glass of organic and biodynamic wine from our vines and our plates imbued with naturalness, hot and cold with both Italian and Lyon inspiration in the courtyard of the castle or in the vines as you please.

Spend a privileged and relaxed moment comfortably installed in one of the sofas in the courtyard of the castle, while discovering our selection of wines commented by our sommelier.

We will be happy to welcome you and serve you wonderful crispy zucchini flowers, fennel carpaccio, garden sage gnocchi, vegetable risotto, grilled poultry skewers, Provençal stuffed vegetables, etc. and other original recipes of which I have the secret.

This discovery aperitif includes a tapas and two glasses of organic and biodynamic wine from the estate.
You can then choose a glass of wine or other dishes (at an extra charge on site).
