Both wine and cheese are delicious, but when you combine them, magic can happen. There is a wine for each cheese. French President Charles De Gaulle once said: "How can you govern a country with two hundred and forty-six varieties of cheese?" We chose 6 for you, representative of each type.
On a plate will be served different kinds of cheeses such as cheeses with marbled, flowy rind, soft, cooked and uncooked. Many types of cooked cheeses have a firm or dense texture.
Like the vine, the cheese can age. The evolution or aging of a cheese can take weeks or even years.
I will associate the different cheeses with 4 of our wines, plus 2 "surprise" wines. At the end of the workshop, you will have completed your first course on wine and cheese weddings, and will be able to share this experience.
