I propose a workshop "Scents & Flavors", around the awakening of the sense of smell and taste & their properties : how does the sense of olfaction work? What is it used for?
We will linkit with the world of wine, talk about scent categories, the "smells of wine" identify, exposing the various aromatic palette, the potential wine defects and how to recognize them.
Then, the identification of the wine aromas through the discovery of our olfactory bar; a practical part with the creation of flavor pouches, based on natural ingredients from each category of scents.
A tasting of our 3 wines from our winery will conclude the session. They will be served with a tapenade flavoured with our wines.
